We know that Katy Perry is actually working for the Communists and has been infiltrating one of the most vulnerable outlets of our society: The Music Industry. In-fact, if you listen closely to her "lyrics", you will find it saturated with Subliminal Messaging and Marxist propaganda.
Of course, it would be bad enough that Katy Perry is a communist, but, disturbingly, The Truth is, she's also a robot!

However, 10 years later in 2001, LOSDES found the old laboratory and adopted it as the new primary scientific research branch of their organization. they used the technology there to create a new weapon the likes of which the world had never seen before. They called it Katy Perry.
